The only thing wrong with the original design 1969 Camaro chambered exhaust system was that they were essentially a 2” system. And we all know that with a big or small block Chevy V8, a 2” system just can’t cut it. |
| These Camaro Chambered Mufflers made from sections of our Corvette sidepipes (1965/67). And we use the oversized inner baffle tubes (2.25” not 2”). The sound is also improved because our aluminized steel tubing is 14ga., not 16 or even 18ga. |
| These Camaro Chambered Mufflers (2 front & 2 rear) set up to except a 2.5” headerpipe, and the rest of the system should be built with 2.25” tubing. Internals are 2.25”, no small stuff here. |
